You know how it is when the hours run out and the ‘to do’ list refuses to budge? That, I’m afraid, is what happened to my Fat Dogs blog. My apologies for the rather long silence – life has been… full. However, I’ve come up with a cunning plan.

I write a monthly blog for Patrick and his wonderful team at the multi award-winning My French House – a treasure trove for anyone dreaming of life in France. From property buying advice to regional guides and lifestyle pieces, fêtes, and hidden gems, it’s a thoroughly enjoyable place to get lost for a while.

My own contributions cover all sorts of French-inspired topics, including snippets about life in our rural southwest corner. So instead of reinventing the wheel, I’ll be sharing those pieces with you here.
